*FIRST WAY TO JUGGLE TWO BALLS*
The first way to juggle two balls in one hand I'm going to show
you is called fountain. Fountain is where you juggle two balls in one hand in a circle pattern. When you juggle fountain the two balls will go around in a "circle", although it's more a sort of oval.
To do it, hold two balls in one hand (the same way that you would hold two in one hand for juggling three balls) and throw the first ball upwards and slightly to the right or left depending what hand you are using and what feels more comfortable. Then when it is about to start falling back down throw the second ball in the same way. Then once you have thrown it move your hand over to catch the ball that is now falling down. Then move your hand over to where you performed your last two throws, and throw it the same way as before. The whole time you are doing this you should be focusing at the top of your ju
ggling oval. If you can keep up this process then you are successfully juggling fountain.
If the balls keep hitting each other and you keep dropping them then keep practicing and you will eventually get the hang of it. In case I wasn't clear enough on what pattern the balls should follow, here is one of my brilliant drawings....

*SECOND WAY TO JUGGLE TWO BALLS*
The second way to juggle two balls is called columns. When you juggle columns each ball will go up and down and stay on the same sides, the balls s
houldn't switch over sides, if they do then you are not doing columns properly. Like before, hold two balls in the hand you find it easier to juggle with.
Now, move you hand to the left and throw the ball straight up. When the ball is near the top of the throw, move your hand to the right and throw the other ball straight up. Now move your hand to the left and catch the other ball. You should catch it when the other ball is around the top of the throw. Now throw this ball back up and move your hand to the right. Continue doing this without stopping and you will find yourself doing colu
mns. If you're finding it hard, then just practice or, if you haven't already, learn fountain with two balls as most people find it easier.

*TRICKS*
The first trick I'm going to tell you about, most people call one up, two up (I think, I never actually asked them). For this trick you need to be able to do columns quite well. What you do is this: Have yourself juggling columns in one hand and hold a ball in your free hand. Watch the balls you are juggling. There will be a ball on the inside and a ball on the outside. Watch the one on the outside. When that one goes up, throw the one in your free hand up at the same time. If you can perfect this trick then it looks quite good!
The second trick I'm going to show you has a couple of different names, but I always call it 'the yo yo' and will be easier or harder depending on how good your hand-eye co-ordination is. Start juggling columns again. This time, look at the ball on the inside and again, have a ball in your free hand too. When the ball on the inside comes up, move your hand above it, then move your hand uuuup....and dooown with the ball at the same time, but just above. If you can do this one properly, it looks like the bottom ball is attached by an invisible string to the top one!
That is the end of this guide. If you have any questions, then post them in the comments. As before, i cannot gaurantee an aswer.
